Manager, overseeing creative projects and design work for the Formica, FENIX, Arpa and Trespa Brands. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities including order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and shipping functions.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing associates on their designated shift which includes: training associates on standardized procedures, mentoring staff in an effort to continuously improve the effectiveness of the workforce, monitor and track productivity performances, and write and administer performance evaluations. Position Responsibilities: Supervise shift associates Schedule the workforce to meet customer
requirements Assure that quality and productivity expectations are attained Maintain a safe work environment within the facility Train employees on standardized warehouse procedures Coach/Mentor associates to meet key performance measurements Back-fill positions within warehouse as needed Position Requirements : 2-year degree or equivalent work experience WMS - preferably AS/400 Microsoft Office Warehouse Experience - forklift, mobile equipment, saws Manufacturing experience- familiar with manufacturing equipment and minor maintenance Selection Criteria : Communicate effectively - ability to share ideas and encourages open dialog Warehouse expertise - understand of processes within distribution
center Work independently - does not need close supervision Leadership ability - commands respect, Organized - organizes time and priorities to achieve business results Change manager - has ability to adapt to new ideas Team building - coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills Problem solving skills - ability to make sound judgment by deciphering situation.
