Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operations of our Health USA regulated medical device company. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
Process customer invoices and payments. Create and receive purchase orders. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner. Maintain a filling system for distribution records and other operational procedure. Fill-in for other customer service personnel during absences and vacations. Perform other customer service tasks as requested. Warehouse/Logistics
Responsibilities Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory levels. Receive shipment of medical products and ensure integrity of the items received.
Interface with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers to schedule warehouse pick up times and provide estimated delivery times to interested parties. Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments and mitigate shipment related issues with vendors and customs brokers. Perform other tasks to support the warehouse team as requested. Qualifications Excellent English language skills both verbal and written. High school diploma or equivalent. G Driver’s
License Competence to work with an ERP accounting system Sage300 experience would be an asset.
One or more years of relevant customer service experience preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus). Ability to drive commercial vehicles is an assist Physical ability to lift and move items of varying weights and sizes. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing warehouse needs and processes.
