A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD HVAC WAREHOUSE WORKER As a Lead HVAC Warehouse Worker, you're a crucial part of our heating and cooling service operations.
Your job is to run our warehouses and take care of all sorts of important tasks like packing, storing, and handling supplies and equipment. You're always organized and always on top of our shipping and receiving schedules. Plus, you make sure we're following all the rules and procedures to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. As a natural leader, you oversee the warehouse
staff, making sure everyone is doing their best and keeping our customers happy. You're in charge of everything from receiving and storing heating and air conditioning materials to keeping our inventory accurate and up-to-date.
You also lead your team by making sure they attend all the necessary training sessions and find ways to make our team even better. You're great at giving feedback and coaching your team to keep improving. Whenever there's an issue, you handle it like a pro and help everyone stay productive. You love seeing your team succeed and our company thrive! REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD HVAC WAREHOUSE WORKER This full-time heating and cooling operations position typically works
from 5 AM to 4 PM , but we're known for staying until the job is done.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management 5+ years of experience leading successful, productive teams High school diploma OR equivalent Computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Ability to work overtime with little notice, including weekend hours occasionally Ability to manage projects and resources Ability to speak both English and Spanish HVAC or home services experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field would also be beneficial. Relevant industry experience can be substituted for education!
