PURPOSE OF POSITIONOrganize and maintain inventory of parts and products at a warehouse location in Boulder, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory

control, and basic refurbishment of returns. TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS: Receiving Collaborate with the logistics team and monitor daily inbound expectations and receiving priority Assist carriers with package offload for LTL or parcel shipments Inspect inbound shipments for damage and verify part numbers and quantity per the packing slip and purchase order Assure all required vendor documentation is present with each shipment Record receiving data, scan and file packing slips and hard copy PO's, and mark partials or close purchase orders in Sales Force Identify items that require quality inspection and move to the receiving inspection hold area.

Provide notification to supervisor for all

damaged goods received Update items to appropriate WH stock locations Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock Inventory Monitor product stock Maintain weekly inventory reporting Shipping Package outbound LTL or parcel shipments for safe transport Assist carriers with LTL or parcel shipment loading Refurbishing of returned goods Support with parts testing Perform standard refurbishment, boxing, and shipping out of returned goods Communicate any issues with Amazon returns to the director of e Commerce TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY: Self-motivated rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment Comfortable working independently to prioritize and complete multiple duties and tasks Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail PAY CLASS & RANGE: Full-time; Hourly; Non-Exempt $18-20/hr BONUS ELIGIBLE: Profit Share Bonus Program BENEFITS ELIGIBLE: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Life AD&D 401(k) Match PTO, Paid Community Service Days Employee Pricing MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Experience in evaluating and planning inventory and storage of materials Familiarity with a variety of logistics providers and international customs considerations (both incoming and outgoing) Experience with a CRM or inventory management system; Sales Force experience preferred WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS: Warehouse/Office setting Long periods of Standing Frequently Lifting 50lbs + Safety (OSHA) Some travel (training will be completed at company headquarters in Boulder, CO) SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Certified forklift operator (Training Provided)
