as smoothly as possible. Job Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees the Rentals department team leads including, but not limited to the Linen, Dish Area, and Warehouse Floor, as well as the Dispatcher, Inventory Manager, and Quality Control.
Responsibilities and Duties Works with the Rentals/Tents Director in planning, organizing and directing staff to maximize service while minimizing cost. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure bookings are scheduled properly, inventory is available, and staff is prepared to provide an excellent customer service experience. Oversee operations to ensure efficient planning, staging, loading and unloading of all orders Ensure all rental items are in acceptable
condition Resolves problems and challenges as they arise and implements process improvements and he/she sees fit.
Oversees company inventory process and procedures and ensures system is up to date with accurate information Works with Human Resources to ensure the Rentals Department manages and maintains a safety program to reduce injuries and increase safety awareness Ensure all work is done safely and injuries are prevented whenever possible, both in the warehouse and on event sites Plans for and manages slow season projects Controls manageable expenses and reduces whenever possible Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications/Requirements 3 years management/leadership experience Previous Rental Experience Preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to multitask Clean driving record for past 5 years Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays if needed Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
