Position Details: The Branch Warehouse Associate performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing : picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping duties to
ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. You will report to the Store Operations Manager. Note: Starting in 2026, operations at this location will transition to a new, highly automated, 500,000 square: foot warehouse in Gresham, Oregon.
Throughout this transition, we'll seek to retain as many team members as possible in the new location or in other local Grainger facilities. year history. Annual Pay Increase: In August 2023, all Branch Warehouse team members will receive a 1 per hours worked as a stay incentive.
In 2025, the premium pay differential will be 2/hr per hours worked for Branch Warehouse team members in 2024 and 2025. In addition, all team members, based on performance, will be eligible for a yearly merit increase. Compensation: This position is hourly and the starting pay is 20/hr. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidates experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.
You will also receive a one: time hiring inducement in the amount of 1000.00 less applicable tax withholding. You will receive the payments of 500 at 90 days and 500 at 180 days in the role.
