Position Summary: Attends scale, picks parts for outside processes, records transactions in the computer, and keeps accurate and up: to: date retrieval records of raw and in: process material moving in and out of north warehouse. Assists Planners with daily duties by pulling prints

and attaching to Work Orders, distributing weekly and daily reports, and acting as a backup Planner if needed. Organization and reliability are important traits for this position.

Must be able to operate a stand: up forklift and have a safe driving record. This position requires familiarity with bills of Lading and Receiving. The Warehouse Scale Attendant must also have a working knowledge of DMACS (Distributed Manufacturing Automation and Control Software), or be able to learn. Essential Job Duties: : Route and record all incoming and outgoing material through the warehouse system: Maintain inventory system records: Get parts from Warehouse on stand: up forklift: Issue components to

work orders: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, especially Excel and Outlook: Must be knowledgeable in and practice all safety procedures: Must have willingness to help out in other areas and perform any other duties as required or directed.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Stand: Up Forklift License required. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and complete necessary production forms. Ability to speak effectively with fellow employees and/or customers.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables; problem solving ability. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, use hands/arms. The employee is regularly required to talk, hear at conversational level, and smell. The employee is occasionally required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 70 pounds. Moving/lifting greater than 70 pounds requires assistance from another employee or a lifting device/hoist.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
