environment Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely flow of warehouse operations.

Assist with and oversee all warehouse work in a daily basis. Establish and maintain warehouse areas and arrange as needed, to always ensure orderly and safe conditions. Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and confirmation of all orders. Receive and process depot orders from customer service and ensure we have inventory for all Work with warehouse staff on order fulfillment Help Warehouse Manager to Ship confirmation of all sales orders (depot,

samples, e Commerce, etc. ) to make sure that all orders are confirmed in a reasonable time.

Inform customer service of any/ and all shortages due to production lead time, zero inventory count, as well as work on replacement fulfillment. Inform customer service of any and all delays. Managed the Schedule and work with depot driver to create the most efficient delivery routing. Send out truck routing to customer service as well as sales. Review weekly inventory transfer needs, from external warehouses (i. e. MTC, WCS) to Alexandria for depot order fulfillment, maintain reasonable inventory levels. Ensure drivers are being loaded, and sent out of Warehouse at reasonable/ allotted times in the AM (beat traffic rush) Receive and process sample worders as well as ecommerce orders with sales support Denote and notify of shortages or failed shipments Work with team on next day order fulfillment Tracking entail - Fedex tracking numbers to be sent at end of day Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all finished goods, samples, materials, etc.

and always keep inventory current; notify any inventory discrepancies. Help Manage all warehouse employees including drivers to maintain a good work and safety environment at all times. Recommend tools, fixtures, equipment or layout changes to improve work flow, productivity, quality of work performances.
