Essential Functions: Knowledge of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines An understanding of the needs of the organization Analytical ability to define or recognize
the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
Able to safely operate motorized vehicles; are able to operate a walk-behind hand pallet jack/lift Able to safely bend, lift, and carry items that weigh approximately 55 pounds; are able to operate efficient the use of electronic equipment such as computers, tablets, copiers, printers, fax machines, and phones Able to rapidly learn both mailroom and warehouse routines; and possess the skills to function with limited help within one month of hands-on training. Maintain warehouse assets and delivery
accountability utilizing an automated system and related computer programs to account for property.
Establish hand receipt files for each unit/person/customer, whether separate or organic to the organization, and maintains accountability by the use of hand receipt. Ensure compliance with the supply discipline program, maintenance discipline program, and other-directed inspection programs. Assists in the preparation for and executes additional inspections in the area of logistics, issue, account and store property as required.
