About being our Senior Engineer KPG Psomas has the opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Wenatchee team! This position will be responsible for providing management and oversight to all aspects of municipal projects focused on transportation, utilities, and stormwater, while understanding client goals, establishing effective client relationships, and supporting the team to achieve set goals.
Projects range in size and scope from small planning studies to large-scale civil engineering and construction. Our engineering group is currently involved in numerous municipal projects, and our ideal candidate will bring their experience along with a collaborative spirit to work on both current and upcoming projects. We have an excellent reputation with our clients for providing creative, cost-effective solutions on transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects.
Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Engineer Manage design team including designers, support staff, and subconsultants. Perform project budgeting, planning, engineering, and design for transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects and maintain contract management throughout the project. Provide technical oversight and review of project activities for transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects as well as on in-house multidisciplinary projects.
Lead engineering and design efforts including the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. Lead business development efforts including the collaborative development of client relationships, pre-positioning of project pursuits, preparation of proposals, and participation in project interviews. Work as part of a collaborative team with other engineers, and discipline professionals, as well as technical, marketing, and administrative support staff. Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Engineer BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) License in Washington 7+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering Preferred Qualifications for our Senior Engineer 12+ years' experience with regulations and infrastructure design Experience in providing direct supervision of engineers and junior staff Experience in writing reports, performing technical design, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates, project scheduling, and proposal writing Successful track record in managing and completing transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects for public agencies Experience working with Central Washington municipalities Job Posted by Applicant Pro

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. Our Physical Therapists (PTs) use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat our patients. Physical Therapists (PTs) must meet the following requirements: Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance Full time positions and part-time exempt positions accrue Paid Days Off (PDO), based on the total number of hours in the expected workweek, up to 30 days per year.
