About being our Senior Engineer KPG Psomas has the opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Wenatchee team! This position will be responsible for providing management and oversight to all aspects of municipal projects focused on transportation, utilities, and stormwater, while understanding client goals, establishing effective client relationships, and supporting the team to achieve set goals.
Projects range in size and scope from small planning studies to large-scale civil engineering and construction. Our engineering group is currently involved in numerous municipal projects, and our ideal candidate will bring their experience along with a collaborative spirit to work on both current and upcoming projects. We have an excellent reputation with our clients for providing creative, cost-effective solutions on transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects.
Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Engineer Manage design team including designers, support staff, and subconsultants. Perform project budgeting, planning, engineering, and design for transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects and maintain contract management throughout the project. Provide technical oversight and review of project activities for transportation, stormwater, and municipal water and sewer utility projects as well as on in-house multidisciplinary projects.
Lead engineering and design efforts including the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. Lead business development efforts including the collaborative development of client relationships, pre-positioning of project pursuits, preparation of proposals, and participation in project interviews. Work as part of a collaborative team with other engineers, and discipline professionals, as well as technical, marketing, and administrative support staff.
