Summary of essential job functions --- Knowledge of product codes and descriptions including case pack configurations. --- Visually inspect meat for defects in size or quality and removing defective product from
the line. --- Pack off finished cases on to pallets in proper tie and high configuration. --- Keep work area clean and tidy during production. --- At end of shift perform machine wipe down and cover motors and sensors with protective plastic.
