Essential Duties/Tasks: Identify and backss the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Create an effective training plan for newly identified positions Establish, lead, and direct the Corporate Mobile Training Team Deliver results by solving new and recurring challenges for our clients, and employees, with innovative solutions Develop training manuals that target tangible results and comply with various state requirements Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance Drive brand

values and philosophy through all training and development activities Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goals Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Create train the trainer program to utilize existing staff Coordinate with Human Resources and all other corporate personnel on training-related issues involving existing and new clients Develop and author self-guided training courses Work with identified Trident leaders from other divisions who request training needs to ensure each assignment and the scope of work are well planned, documented and executed Identify

learning gaps and propose creative solutions.

Contribute to new curriculum or program ideas. Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures related to BSIS training mandates Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices Performs other duties, as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development or relevant field with at least 5 years of advanced Training and Development experience in a leadership role 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree 2 years of additional experience with an Associate's degree may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated performance in designing, tracking, and recording a successful training program Skilled in leadership, coordination, and inspection and enforcement of standards Experience equivalent to US Military E7-W3 with instructor duty and/or Master Training Specialist-type certification preferred Law enforcement training/program may qualify Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite Prior security training background is helpful, but not required Required Skills/Abilities: Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business/communication tools Familiar with traditional and modern training processes Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent instructional skills catered towards the adult learner Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with other employees and customers Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills Ability to adapt quickly to internal and external situations as they arise Ability to take on responsibilities and solve challenges Working Environments/Physical Requirements: Travel up to 30% Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or working on a computer Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone May be required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pound May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays !
