The qualified trainer will be able to participate
in training needs backssment using various techniques, conduct interactive and engaging training (at multiple sites around the region) for individuals, groups and companies using alternative and non-traditional methodologies appropriate and effective for working with adult learners, working with the Workforce Education Program Manager to prepare and/or select education materials, and assist with the development and/or evaluation of new curricula and program designs.
