Required to attend training related to health, safety, and related service topics as specified by State/Federal funding sources. Documentation - Daily recording of progress each participant is making toward achievement of their behavior plan or other goals on Person Centered Individual Support Plans.
Daily record keeping of products completed and recording job codes on time cards. Education/Certification Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent required with preference given to applicants with past experience working with individuals with intellectual or behavior diagnosis.
Experience Required: Must have up to one-year work experience with adults with intellectual disabilities.
