Your role in our mission Work with a team to develop, deliver and maintain a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of live and recorded webinars, e Learning modules, and other learning offerings. Deliver live web-based and recorded e Learning training to internal audiences, clients, and to our clients’
audiences, and perform needs analysis as appropriate to determine training needs. Prepare lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as presentations, handouts, instructor guides, and audio-visuals.
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to leadership/management. Participate in the development, updating, and delivery of a comprehensive annual Training Plan. What we're looking for Experience working with training facilitation, adult learning, instructional design and training methodologies. Experienced in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider support, IT,
and operations, as well as experienced in business analysis, project management, instructional design, and training delivery.
Strong technical writing skills including excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills. Attention to detail and strong organization skills. Ability to work independently, create and/or follow project schedules, and adhere to internal timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines. What you should expect in this role Must be a resident of the state of California. Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento. Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.
