Title: Senior Manager, Financial Planning Location: Dallas, TX (In Office Position)The Senior Manager, Financial Planning is customer-facing to senior

internal stakeholders, and is a transformational leadership role for financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting and planning for the US business units.

This position leads Global Business Services to forecast and analyze budgets of support functions of the US business. The Senior Manager, Financial planning is responsible for the interface with the Global FP&A Team to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, deadlines, and presentations. This position is also responsible for delivery of inputs and outputs for balance sheet and cash flow forecast, forecasting statutory profit, and serves as the subject matter expert and solution provider of all global end-to-end solutions impacting planning and actuals.

Key Responsibilities Leads the preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget for the US ~$2.0B business, including performance P&L, statutory P&L; manages balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, to include the preparation of financial presentation with commentary of the annual budget to a global senior audience Prepares financial presentations of various forecast, actuals with accurate information and descriptive business-oriented commentary informing a global senior audience of the financial state of the business Owns timely and accurate submissions of financial plans and reporting to Global, while responsible for communication with Corporate Finance Team to explain variances and financial trends, to include the monthly presentation of U.

S financial information to the In-Line Committee for the Head of the U. S. Region Champions transformational change by leading internal stakeholders on delivering best practices; leads Global Business Services through transitions, knowledge transfer, new processes, problem solving and deliverables; defines processes and systems utilized for financial planning and reporting Leads Global Business Services to forecast and analyze operating and capital expenditure budgets, forecasts, and actual financial performance for all U.

S. functional areas Supports the business with special projects as assigned Key internal relationships include CEO, CFO, General Managers, Supply Chain Leadership, Finance Teams, Accounting, and members of US Leadership Team Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Master's degree in Finance or a related field, required Ten or more years of related Financial Analyst and / or planning experience within a corporate environment with proven record of accomplishment of success Strong foundation of accounting and experience in medical industry is preferred Ability to understand large integrated systems, root cause analysis and resolution Prior experience leading a team of two or more, highly desired Must have experience fully owning financial processes including planning, controlling and/or reporting and problem solving Success developing, managing, and analyzing budgets and familiarity analyzing and interpreting large data sets Experience in healthcare buy-and-bill, medicals, medical device, or business-to-business-to consumer model is preferred Strong communication skills with clear action-oriented tactics that drive business performance Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Hands-on with mental agility to shift in the moment from analyst, controller, and financial strategist Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Computer skills required: Outlook, Microsoft Suite, Excel, PPT, Word, Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Power BIWhat we offer in return You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
