Maintains performance improvement activities and participates in CQI (continuous quality improvement) activities. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's degree in physical therapy PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : Prefer 3 years as clinician in a comparable facility.
Prefer 2 years supervisory experienced and/or demonstrated proficiency in those skills needed for supervisory functions. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possession of current Texas State license. PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE : Clinical Instructor Certification as applicable REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e. g.
