Signal School courses. Develop data science, zero-trust cybersecurity methodologies, and development-related training support packages through lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises to support courses, IAW ADDIE process (TP ). Write lesson plans for training support material.
Produce associated media (e. g. presentations, videos, and other training support material) Assist with training support material validation and associated test/evaluations. Provide Instructor notes/preparation. (e. g. Instructor notes for training support material) Align training material with course design and learning outcomes as specified in Program of Instruction (POI), course map, and associated
Terminal Learning Objectives (TLO) for each course. Participate in validating learning products and material to help Training Developers determine if products meet intended learning outcome efficiently and effectively.
Conduct up to three iterations of individual or group validation trials, depending on nature of learning product. Identify learning product deficiencies. Make recommendations and adjustments to enhance quality and relevancy of learning products and material. Develop backssments (labs, quizzes, and tests) to evaluate student’s ability to understand training material and perform associated tasks IAW intended learning outcome. Maintain and update data science, zero-trust cybersecurity
methodologies, and development-related training support packages in form of lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises to support courses as required by industry developments and updates in best business practices.
Provide feedback in development and creation of training materials and lessons required to teach approved tasks, conditions, and standards for Military Occupational Specialties. Use training material from academic agreements with Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS when applicable, permissible, and specified in course design outline. Implement classroom instruction IAW ADDIE process outlined in TP. Instruct/execute training IAW projected training schedule.
Distribute training material and record results via designated Learning Management System (LMS) [e. g. Blackboard, MS Teams]. Train and educate students IAW lesson plan’s specified TLOs and intended learning outcomes. Administer tests and student backssments. Instruct various field-related courses and evaluate student performances using TRADOC-approved Instructional methodology. Provide educational materials to include syllabi, homework, labs, quizzes, and exams to support classroom instruction. Project and schedule training modules with course managers a minimum of 90 days before class begins training IAW course’s designated course map.
Coordinate for use of any non-standard Government-owned equipment or anything not provided in standard classroom needed to complete students’ exercises or labs NLT 7 working days prior to start date of training. Regularly check with Course Manager(s) and scheduler to de-conflict weekly training schedule for classroom/lab utilization. Actively participate in Quality Assurance backssments as applicable; deliver training IAW prescribed POI, lesson plans, course map, and associated TLOs for course being backssed. Present lesson plans IAW approved POI for each course supported.
Maintain classroom equipment, training resources, and classroom security requirements and procedures as prescribed in TRADOC, Installation, and/or local policies and procedures; report all equipment issues as soon as identified. Conduct exams, administer/enforce test control procedures, and enforce discipline, safety, and physical security measures; actively participate in student AARs. Record all tests, backssments, and student evaluations in associated LMS; report academic concerns to Course Manager, SGL, ACE, and/or Chain of Command as warranted, maintaining good order and discipline in training environment.
Primary responsibility for Data Operations 255A Warrant Officer Courses (WOBC/WOIC/WOAC) and two functional courses. Qualifications: Must possess at minimum a Master’s in Science (M. S. ) Degree from a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Must possess a Common Faculty Developer-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certification that is less than 5 years old or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire. Must possess at least 1 of the following certifications: Big Data Science Certified Professional (BDSCP) from Arcitura, AWS Certified Machine Learning-Specialty, MS Azure Data Scientist Associate, or Comp TIA Data+.
Must possess 5+ years’ operational experience conducting data analysis. Must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before having access to work-related materials. Must comply with non-disclosure requirements in FAR section 3.104-5(b) (or DFAR equivalent). Must complete annual Do D Cyber Awareness Challenge Training and all required Information Assurance (IA) training specified in AR 25-2 and directed by Government.
Must complete annual Security Refresher Training, Antiterrorism Level I Training, i WATCH training, Level I Operations Security (OPSEC) training, and Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) training. Must be capable of obtaining and retaining a Common Access Card (CAC). Years of Experience : 5+ years operational experience conducting data analysis Education/Certifications : M. S.
