Day to Day: Handle and resolve (with Department Heads and Director of Administration) Member complaints and issues having to do with billing, collections, payments, and other problems. Perform all duties pertaining to Accounts Receivable position including balancing and processing the daily sales and uploading to Oracle, posting payments, tracks Cash Receipts, processes ACH payments, and credit card charges and payments.

Including initiation and communication of monthly Member billing. Process, post and receive reciprocal billing. Communicates effectively with Members and Club staff to facilitate proficient service. Responsible for filing, organizing and record retention. Scan checks

and update member auto-pay information. Manage petty cash and cash bank procedures along with the daily close and cash deposit activity. Order and manage office supplies, Work Comp packets and donation certificates.

Assist in updating billing information in Oracle and collections as needed. Act as support to Director of Administration on all other general functions. All the other stuff we do: Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner to perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected

to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

Adhere to all of the various company, club and department written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc. all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job. Responsible for demonstrating good teamwork. Professional, impeccable appearance maintained by self and all private event personnel. Take initiative to solve problems, utilizing all available resources including regional and corporate staff. Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

Attendance at daily line-up and participating as requested. About you: At least 1 year accounting experience or equivalent High School Diploma or Equivalent, required. Ability to stay calm during high stress situations. Ability to manage highly confidential information. Computer literacy required/Spreadsheet knowledge required. Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, driving, exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs on occasion, folding/unfolding, talking, hearing, and seeing.
