Job Summary The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional and is responsible for creating a culture of improvement at the Club to generate increased levels of participation amongst the Members and prospective
Members. The goal is to increase member value and appeal of the Club through increased participation and the development of a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community.
This is accomplished on the golf course by playing golf with members, building relationships, and connecting with people. Day-to-Day Play golf with members Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation. Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events, golf with members, swing backssments, etc). Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member. Improvement
of golfers playing performance through coaching and fitting.
Execute and manage junior, adult, new golfer, and social coaching programs with minimum numbers participating. Execute and manage active marketing events. About You Loves to play Golf Passion for improving the performance of students. Interest in swing fundamentals, athletic performance, and technology associated with its measurement. Interest in students as a people and drive to create confidence, character, and connection. Desire to contribute to students' membership experience. Customer-experience biased servant-leaders. High school diploma, or equivalent. PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion preferred.
Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
