General Notes Texas Athletics Ticketing Operations department is looking for individuals to provide a quality customer service experience while assisting customers in purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person.
NEW: We are seeking staff for our Ticket Operations team.
Currently, we are staffing for the following seasons: football, volleyball, men's basketball, and women's basketball. These shifts are in the evenings and/or weekends. Responsibilities Serve as ticket seller by selling tickets in person and/or by phone using Paciolan ticketing system Distribute Player Pass/Will Call tickets to guests Provide general information to guests and resolve issues
Navigate several different Texas Athletics facilities Utilize Salesforce to personalize customer experience Consistently exemplify the core values and quality service standards of Texas Athletics.
