scout for new business opportunities via cold calls and other prospecting methods. Cultivate and refine Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Engage with leads, conduct initial BANT backssments, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Account Executives.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by creating valuable opportunities. Articulate the unique benefits of Cloud Hesive's offerings persuasively to potential clients. Diagnose client challenges and position our services as tailored solutions. Forge and nurture partnerships with AWS associates. Meet daily performance benchmarks, including but not limited to, outbound call volume and contact engagement. Efficiently manage,

monitor, and move qualified leads through the Salesforce pipeline. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year in IT sales. Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets in B2B contexts, especially in outbound roles.

Proven proficiency in building and nurturing customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. An eagerness to embrace and master new technologies and techniques. Must obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification within the initial 30 days of joining. Must be comfortable and articulate in client-facing solution selling. Prior experience in selling managed services or cloud/hybrid services Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills a must. Must

be knowledgeable with the following technologies: Knowledgeable in Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud technologies; Contact Center and Unified Communications; Virtualization technologies; Managed Services Security solution selling a plus CERTIFICATES: AWS Cloud Practitioner required 30 days from employment.

Certified Sales Development Rep from the AA-ISP, preferred. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10-20% travel
