vs. Flash Report, National Accounts Post Analysis, and others Own key Period Demand Planning tools/reports - Demand Planning Scorecard, Post Analysis Bus Lead National Account KQOPP discussions with Finance and provide forecast guidance to Demand Planners Leads DP New Product forecast process by analyzing SCWs, determining proxy products, and providing updated forecast assumptions to DPs based on sales trends Integrated in period QOBR process through the creation of the QOBR Deck, generating BU Post Analysis, and other QOBR insights Analyze DP tools and reports to provide insights on where Demand Planner efforts should be directed Innovate and create efficiencies in current reports, tools

and processes Present to cross functional teams and Senior Leadership on Demand Planning analytics Interact extensively with Demand Planning, Product Supply, Finance, and Marketing Services teams.

Provide ad hoc reports using Essbase cubes and Business Objects Train as DP backfill for FSV or Direct Model coverage Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,700 - $103,250 based on a full-time schedule Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility,
