Lead Role Overview: The DTV global product lead, will be a critical member of the global DTV digitalization leadership team. This role will be responsible for the strategy, direction, and success of all the DTV digital products within the company.

The product lead will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the product strategy, roadmap, and goals and to ensure that the products are designed and developed on schedule and that they meet the desires of their end users. The DTV digital solution will be enabled by state-of-the-art platforms and applications which touch nearly every aspect of the business from consumer

insights, R&D, to supply chain and procurement. The product lead will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure DTV is positioned to drive optimal business value.

This includes balancing the development of a global product vs. local market needs in collaboration with the Global DTV Process and Operating Model (Global Operations) Leads and the Sector DTV (S&T) Leads. The role will own the solution design (functional specifications) and development (build) for all the Sectors and will work cross functionally with product management, engineering, service design, process and change management teams to deliver the DTV products for a local market.

The product lead has a background in product management and a deep understanding of their market and the target end users for design to value. Responsibilities The DTV product lead requires technical expertise, business awareness, and leadership skills. It's important to have a foundation in the DTV field. This is achieved through formal education and work experience from product development through management to the product lead role in the specific DTV domain. Besides technical skills, the product lead must have leadership and communication skills, as they will work with different teams and stakeholders.

This can be learned through years of working in different development teams and roles and participating in leadership training programs. The product lead must also be informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate them into their product strategy. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $140,000 - $280,000 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications DTV experience required (e. g. should cost models, benchmarking, complexity optimization, consumer insights, material specifications optimization, cost to serve) 15+ years of product, program, or digital delivery management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment Experience managing teams of up to 50 people, including contractors and non-direct reports Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds Experience managing daily technical and design direction Bachelor's degree required CPG experience is strongly preferred Experience working across geographies and cultures Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
