Manager, you are responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales and new business opportunities within the Prepared Foods Segment. The ideal candidate would have solid experience selling into retail and a desire to sell emerging products. This role will include cold calling, generating new leads, and keeping a pipeline in Salesforce current.

Job Responsibilities: Function as the primary sales contact for existing accounts and growing our fresh food processing business segments. Achieve the Company's budgeted revenue and profit goals. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies; schedule face-to-face meetings and attend industry events. Provide account retention/operations

support for customers and projects. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors, and reports to senior leadership.

Assists customers with forecasting and reporting movements of products. Partner with grocery retailers (management and store-level interaction) in coordination with Tosca's overall retail strategy to evaluate new business opportunities. This includes customer touchpoints within Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Logistics. Work with Tosca team members to validate opportunities before presenting solutions to prospective clients; this includes a cross-functional

team of operations, finance and business development, transportation and logistics, and product development.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales or new business development role Experience in the packaging industry and food supply chain industry Ability to travel at least 50% of the time. Proficient working knowledge of Salesforce Proven ability in identifying customer solutions, negotiating, and closing new business. Excellent communicator both internally and externally face to face. High level of organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and resolve issues promptly.
