Job Duties: Makes outbound and receives inbound call center phone calls. The Internet Sales Representative relays product knowledge and standards via internet sources (i. e. email, social media, etc. ). Sets sales and service appointments, initiates service reminders. The Internet Sales Representative reviews and surveys service and sales prospects
for follow-up. Establishes and maintains good working relationships within dealership departments. The Internet Sales Representative promotes seamless transition of customer relationship from to sales and service departments.
Follows all company policies and procedures. The Internet Sales Representative demonstrates behaviors consistent with Clay Cooley Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors while prospecting via the internet.
