Has the responsibility to provide training, set and inspect performance expectations, evaluate performance, coach, and hold their team accountable for all sales metrics and KPI performance. Performs weekly ride-alongs with sales staff and coaches accordingly. Formulates and implements strategies with the goals of having: 1) each System Design Specialist meet or exceed his/her projected Average Dollar Per Lead every month; and 2) the

company consistently meet or exceed its budgeted monthly and annual sales goals.

Oversees proper documentation of the sales department to ensure clear communication among all departments of the company and our customers. Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves escalated complaints. Is an ambassador of the company's culture and purpose. Regular, reliable on-site attendance. Job Requirements 3+ years of successful experience in sales 2+ years in a Management and/or Supervisory Role Knowledge of the field and/or a construction background a plus. Lead, Manage, and hold Sales Team Accountable to Key Performance Metrics Have strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Be proficient working with Salesforce (we provide the training) Be detail-oriented and focused Have strong time management skills Have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to our customers The ability to execute presentations.

Experience with contracts, negotiations, and bids. An understanding of running leads. Previous experience working with general contractors a plus.
