will collaborate with Fed Ex sales organization and others to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for each account that ensures accomplishment of all required sales activity to include sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, etc. Establishes relationships with senior officer levels within assigned accounts/region.

Develops and maintains account intelligence. Maintains customer records, account information, marketplace, industry information and reports all sales activities. Uses technical knowledge and background to sell trade facilitation tools to clients. Directs the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs with assigned territories/accounts.

Monitors product quality and customer satisfaction within assigned territories/accounts. Directs and/or executes problem resolution for all assigned accounts.

Accountabilities and Tasks: Demonstrate ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies. Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills. Leverage of experience in import/export regulatory and international transportation. Application of compliance advisory and regulatory data in selling. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to selling the following services and solutions to all industries within the assigned vertical and

territory: Product pre-classification services World Tariff Online subscriptions XML datasets Restricted Party Screening API Estimated Duty and Tax (EDT) API Solutions World Tariff Global Research Projects Represents World Tariff, Ltd.

at trade functions to promote product offerings The ideal candidate: Ability to collaborate (work in a team, manage across functions, etc. ) Technical knowledge (trade and technology background is a plus) Experience in selling trade facilitation tools An innovator with hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial approach Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment Understanding of benefits of trade compliance services Understanding and appreciation for technology tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Establishes strong relationships with current and new accounts Skilled at consultative and solution based sales approach Generates Sales by contacting customers to solicit interest in World Tariff product offerings Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business administration, marketing for finance and six (6) years of business-to-business sales experience required.

Ability to travel overnight as required. Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, TN ; Atlanta, Savanah, GA; Charleston, SC; RTP, NC; Tampa, Orlando.
