Duties and Responsibilities: Continuous training and development of team members, maximizing revenue opportunities, and cultivating a sales-first environment that excels in providing memorable guest experiences through the delivery of Platinum Service.

Willing to embrace incorporating digital marketing into their workflow to get more quality appointments. Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's goals, set objectives, and track performance. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
