Assists with scheduling and planning of other aspects of the event, including decorations, flowers, photographer, music, or entertainment in collaboration with the sales department as needed. Responds to all potential

leads and inquiries in a timely manner and customizes responses to each client's needs. Maintains current knowledge related to competition and market conditions and effectively applies strategies to increase business.

Maintains accurate records of costs for catering services. Addresses problems or complaints concerning food or services provided. Prepares weekly reporting requirements in a timely manner. Creates and maintains positive and professional staff and client relationships. Presents the hotel in an appealing way to prospective clients by telling intriguing stories and describing available opportunities including on-site property tours and off-site client interactions. Qualifications 2 or more years of relevant sales, customer service, or hospitality experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
