In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless installation process of HVAC systems while driving sales opportunities and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, phone calls, referrals, technicians, and online inquiries. Work with plumbing and HVAC technicians for sales leads scheduling and schedule replacement
specialists. Schedule and coordinate sales appointments based on KPIs. Conduct thorough backssments of customer needs. Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Installation Coordination: Schedule and coordinate installation jobs based on KPIs. Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ordered for each installation project. Monitor installation progress to ensure timely completion. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and referrals. Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns. Conduct follow-up
communication to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
Register warranties, track and claim rebates through the rebate processes. Assist in administrative tasks, including invoicing and inventory management as needed. Understand and assist with current promotions and financing.
