Primary Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with assigned Optum customers Ensure renewal of current customers within assigned territory Cross-sell new product to current customers within assigned territory Generate qualified leads for other Optum product lines Work with assigned customers to understand customer needs and provide solutions to customer problems
Work with Sales Manager to improve sales skills and ensure that productivity and other metrics are maintained Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to share best practices Work with Product Management, Data Integrity, Customer Service and other internal departments to resolve customer issues You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare experience
