Are you ready to grow? Sure Cam serves thousands of fleets around the globe from our two HQ offices in Reading UK, and St. Louis, Missouri. We have an international network of resellers across four continents. Day in the Life as an Sales Executive:   This position is responsible for selling Sure Cam's products and services to small fleets by managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close. This primarily includes developing,

qualifying, and closing prospective small businesses with fleets ranging from 10-25 in size.

All the Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:   Responsible for researching, prospecting,  engaging and closing new business. Ability to influence and sell to multiple decision makers and key contacts. Ability to understand each prospects' unique business needs, and position Sure Cam's solution to meet the prospects' priorities. Showcase Sure Cam's solution and demonstrate by presenting the solution's value proposition through online channels. This skill requires the ability to modify one's communication style to suit different audiences. Prospect into multiple organizations via e-mail, cold-calling, networking, and utilizing Internet information sources (Linked In, Google, etc.

). Make 40-80 calls per day to build and manage a lead pipeline. Conduct 2 to 4 product demos a day to build and manage an opportunity pipeline. Respond to prospect emails and phone call each day. Attuned to current trends in technology and regulation within the vehicle telematics industry. Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions. Promote continuous process improvement to automate software to create efficiencies in the sales pipeline.

Commit and drive to improve your selling skills on-going (listening skills, asking open-ended questions, bridging features to prospect benefits, handling objections and asking for the business.   What You'll Bring to the Table:   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years' experience working in sales, inside sales, etc. ) Outstanding communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and listening skills.   Experience managing a sales process through a CRM and other technology tools. Experience with Salesforce and Sales Loft is a plus. Comfortable establishing relationships,  persistent and gracious on the phone.

Able to lead product demonstrations and close business entirely online. Possesses a team player attitude and can also be effective as an individual contributor. Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment. Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus. A track record of closing deals.a hunter mentality driven to meeting and exceeding targets.
