you will also be responsible for attending towalk-in customers, as well as maintaining the appearance and quality of the retail store. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Answers incoming sales calls, qualifies customers and sets up new accounts.

 Reads and conveys basic technical data to the customer to service their needs; entersinformation to compute amounts due.  Refers customer data to forward to the technical, scheduling departments as needed.  Process field technician paperwork and payments, scan and attach tickets to customeraccounts.  Attempt to retain customers who wish to cancel service.  Collect and utilize data from cancellations to better

serve current customers.  Collect and understand data from competing companies in order to better communicatewith Marketing to create better sales techniques and uses based on location and market.

 Attend to the needs of each customer as they come into the store.  Sells merchandise effectively to customers with integrity, upselling when necessary.  Post transactions to customer accounts including adjustments, such as credits orincorrectly billed accounts.  Reads/gathers records and/or files for purchase orders, sales tickets and charge slips tocompile needed data.  Responds to emails and voicemails regarding any sales inquiries.  Attend and work community events.  Outside sales

canvassing in the area that Gtek services Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEAssociates degree; or two (2) years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of educationand experience. Must have a valid Driver's License and insurable record. Must pass pre-employment screen, physical and background checks. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Sales - Understands our service, as well as the technologies of the internet in general, inorder to effectively sell our product; understand basic sales techniques and uses themcompetently; use meaningful, thoughtful and empathetic conversations to convertpotential customers into longtime customers.  Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptlyto customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requestsfor service and assistance; meets commitments.
