Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we are one of the largest formalwear retailers in the country with approximately 70 stores in 12 states and plans for growth. You will. Assist in daily customer service operations (e. g. sales processes, orders, and payments). Receive and quality check orders and merchandise. Assist with in-store merchandising such as refreshing displays, stocking merchandise,

and organizing the store. Greet and check in customers. Assist customers in selecting various rental and retail items to style their perfect look. Measure customers for proper garment fit.

Assist with final try-ons to ensure proper fit. Minor alterations and repairs. Receive returns and process garments for return to the Distribution Center. Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Be the face of our brand and represent the company's values to every customer. Provide excellent customer service to our wedding parties and event customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Be a strategic, adaptable, problem solver that thrives in an environment that is going through

dynamic transformation. You have. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Initiative and display a high level of accountability and humility. Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knack for establishing rapport, building credibility, and trust with customers. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability. Ability to utilize retail technology and computer programs including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You'll get.
