Maintains and enforces pool safety. Explains and enforces basic pool rules to all patrons entering and exiting the facility. Provides information regarding facility use and hours of operation. Assists with conflict resolution and customer relations.
Assists in general maintenance and clean-up of activities/facilities. Accountable for wrist band, swim passes report. Maintains property of the City of Copperas Cove pool facility. Submits reports to supervisor on accidents, damage to facilities and equipment, problems among staff, and complaints from facility users. Accepts fees and accounts for all fees received. Responds to questions and concerns in person and by telephone. Performs other
duties as assigned. Desired Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience running a cash register and/or handling cash preferred. Must possess good human relations skills.
