Position Responsibilities: Oversees department in the absence of department management team. Guides the work of department clerks, including daily planning and assigning of work, ensuring quality standards, training and coaching staff and overseeing their productivity.
Adapts approach for different learning styles among staff. Responsible daily department communication prior to each shift; produce codes, additions to Front End (FE) journal, changes to processes and any other information pertaining to department operations. Tools and Equipment Used (not all inclusive): This position may be required to use the following tools and equipment: baler, hand truck, POS, industrial kitchen equipment (i. e. blast chiller, grill, knives/blades, oven, grills, scales, etc. ), basic housekeeping / janitorial and standard office equipment.
