YOUR LIFE AS A LEAD CASHIER / FOOD SERVICE SHIFT MANAGER This full- or part-time customer service position works a flexible schedule. Our frozen yogurt shop hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM - 11 PM. Shifts fall between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM. As a Lead Cashier / Food Service Shift Manager with our hospitality team, you are responsible for leading a food service team to success while providing high-quality customer service to those who visit our store. You direct and lead team members, making sure that everyone understands their assigned tasks and fulfills their responsibilities correctly.
When customers enter our store, you greet them with a positive and friendly attitude and help take orders. You prepare all orders according to specifications while following any applicable food safety and sanitation guidelines. As needed, you keep track of our drive-thru, ensuring that customers are helped in a timely manner. When you aren't assisting customers, you check that our frozen yogurt is well-stocked and replace flavors. You clean up around the store, including behind the counter and the sitting area.
