Our frozen yogurt shop hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM - 11 PM. Shifts fall between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM. As a Lead Cashier / Food Service Shift Manager with our hospitality team, you are responsible for leading a food service team to success while providing high-quality customer service to those who visit our store. You direct and lead team members, making sure that everyone understands their assigned tasks and fulfills their responsibilities correctly.
When customers enter our store, you greet them with a positive and friendly attitude and help take orders.
