The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail side of the business. Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified. Commission Plan Information The employee commission / store bonus incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. An employee has the potential to earn 2-8%, based on the gross profit of personal performance. Active employees have six possible metrics in which commission can be earned. Additionally, employees have the potential to achieve commission payout multipliers of up to four-times, based on five specific store metrics.
