If you don't know how to do something (for instance setting up a webinar), would you proactively research and learn how to do it? Responsibilities: Welcome and identify customer needs Check customer accurately at our counter Ensure accuracy in opening and closing register Explain products
and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints STRONGLY PREFER (But not necessarily a deal breaker): Bilingual in either Spanish, Chinese, and/or Korean Customer Service experience A positive attitude!
