Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance. Works a reasonable amount of overtime when required. Essential Job Functions: Is knowledgeable of all menu items – makes suggestions and answers questions. Uses HACCP sanitation guidelines and procedures by maintaining cleanliness in and around the kitchen areas, including all equipment. Prepare items according to recipe standards and specifications. Assist with creating par levels and notifies supervisor when stock runs low. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies, and procedures.
Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends as needed. Perform other duties as assigned Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands: Literate and fluent in English. Must be able to tolerate chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas. Must be able to work and maneuver in a close or small area / working environment during entire shift. Must be able to lift, push & pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, and stack. Must be able to use proper team lifting and carrying techniques. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
