memorable, and knowledgeable service possible to our customers. What You'll Be Doing Recruit, train, and develop your team. Ensure the highest level of customer care, in line with Danner's values and expectations.
Be responsible for the store's sales, profitability, and payroll budget. Personally model expectations, and hold your team accountable. Oversee scheduling to ensure projects, service, and systems are all accounted for. Collaborate with merchandise manager to influence product strategy. Must Haves Experience managing all aspects of a premium retail store, from stock room to sales. Experience leading and developing talent. A willingness to review store environment and key business

Job Summary Summary: As a Retail Manager III, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the operation.
