The ideal candidate will be able to encompass all these elements while mixing a bit of fun! Essential duties and responsibilities for the Assistant Manager include: Manages restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. Schedules and supervises staff. Monitors inventory levels, orders supplies, and manages
deliveries. Ensures store meets health, food safety, and safety regulations. Exercises good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the GM. Resolves customer complaints.
Maintains critical product and service quality standards such as restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and timely service. Completes required side work duties and end-of-shift checkouts to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. Maintains register area clean and well organized. Stocks register area with any supplies or items needed. Answers questions about menu items including food content, preparation style, beverages, and other food services. Assists crew members with food preparation. Perform other duties
as directed by General Manager Education and Experience Minimum of 3 years of Assistant management experience in the food industry.
Possess valid food handlers certificate if required by state or local government. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
