Full Time Availability Responsibilities Include: Administrative Duties: Answering Phone Calls/Booking Appointments & Class Tours Read and respond to Emails Opening/Closing Duties- turning on lights, unlocking doors, counting cash, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled, and overall cleanliness of the facility Checking In/Out Clients- ensuring proper paperwork is filled out Marketing- creating and properly storing content for Academy Marketing Purposes: Marketing channels include: Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Pinterest & Send in Blue Assist in Packing and shipping online orders Stocking and tidying classroom, treatment rooms, front desk area, restrooms.

Ensuring the accuracy of all products entered into our online store as well as our onsite store which is run through Daysmart Salon. Working closely with all vendors to ensure orders are processed when products need to be ordered and properly fill out spreadsheets with vendor orders/tracking numbers etc. When orders come in- unpack, count and report the quality of the product, put into inventory and put the product away Ensure the accuracy of all products via our online platforms (pricing, inventory accurancy, description of product, photos, etc. ) Work with each vendor individually to create barcodes for new products & labeling properly Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
