Key responsibilities of a Busser/Runner: -Guest Service - though bussers may not interact with guests as often as other team members, they are still expected to communicate effectively when guests need their attention-Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed-Cleaning tables - removing plates, utensils, drinkware from tables and sanitizing all surfaces-Resetting tables in a timely manner for the next guests-Cleaning various areas in and around the restaurant-Emptying trash cans-Expedite/run food to the correct tables-Notify management
