Qualifications: 5 years of culinary expertise, including a year in a management role. Experience spanning restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations. Deep knowledge of food and industry trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, cost control, and presentation. Ability to organize and distribute production sheets with precision. Proficiency in supervision, leadership, training, management, and coaching. Serv Safe or Department of Health Certification (preferred).
