the chefs with daily basic food prep. Participates in the plating of various food items.
Supports food prep for catering events. Assists with the commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes and cookware. Organizes, dries, polishes and restocks glasses, dishware and cookware in an efficient manner and with care to not break dishes and glassware. Participates in the weekly Deep Cleaning of the kitchen which includes moving kitchen equipment and thoroughly cleaning behind it. Participates in the organizing the receiving of kitchen inventory. Ensures all linens are appropriately cleaned and placed. Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
