Review incoming request for lease approval or lease transfer for rent Performs all annual reexaminations as well as computing any interim rent changes (as applicable) Audits and ensures that resident files contain required verifications and acceptable documentations.

Follow up with On-site managers regarding deficiencies and corrections Coordinate with 3rd party vendor in obtaining Rent Comparable Study when needed for Contract Renewal.

Must be able to work some weekends and extended hours. Must be a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, and can effectively deal with and prioritize a variety of tasks.

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance. Ability to maintain work pace appropriate to given workload. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to perform complex or varied tasks. Ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions. Must possess a valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance in order to drive for business purposes or have

reliable transportation. Be a team player. Must attend Company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team, which, from time to time, may include overnight stays at locations away from the employee's home.

EXPERIENCE Extremely detail-oriented. Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the customer service industry Must have working knowledge of Windows and Office 2000 software; Excel, Word and Outlook. Yardi experience a plus. Must possess excellent math skills.
