Review incoming request for lease approval or lease transfer for rent Performs all annual reexaminations as well as computing any interim rent changes (as applicable) Audits and ensures that resident files contain required verifications and acceptable documentations.
Follow up with On-site managers regarding deficiencies and corrections Coordinate with 3rd party vendor in obtaining Rent Comparable Study when needed for Contract Renewal.
Must be able to work some weekends and extended hours. Must be a self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, and can effectively deal with and prioritize a variety of tasks.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
